How long does it take to deliver the cabinets?

Depending upon where you live, somewhere between 5–7 Days

How are your custom cabinets shipped?

They are shipped in a cardboard box with Styrofoam protection, cardboard corner blocks and styro padding.

What if I get my cabinets and I am not happy, what can I do?

In most cases we will take the product back no questions asked, there will be a shipping charge and a restocking fee to pay. See Returns Authorization below

Can we buy samples?

We recommend buying a sample door or a small cabinet so you can get a good feel for the quality, construction and finish. We want you to be 100% sure of your purchase.

What are the gauges of your custom kitchen sinks?

We have 18 gauge and 15 gauge sinks, most home centers mainly have 20 and 22 gauge

What is RTA?

It stands for Ready to Assemble. The cabinets are shipped in a flat box well protected by Styrofoam and a foam cloth type materials. This helps with the costs and there is less damage involved in shipping. With a few hand tools and glue you can assemble your entire kitchen.

Explain all wood cabinets?

The cabinet boxes are constructed of furniture grade plywood’s and hardwoods on the Face Frame and Doors.

Is it safe to order online?

You should use a credit card for all of your transactions, The credit card companies offer a great deal of protection,a and stand behind the consumer.

Do you share my information with outside parties?

We only use your information for the purpose of ordering. We do not share your information with outside parties that have nothing to do with your order.

 


Policies

  1. Double check your order for accuracy. Once we have received payment your order will be processed for shipment. You will receive a tracking # to see where your cabinets are and what day they will arrive.

  2. Backorders
    We are committed to keeping adequate stock but at times we run short, all orders will be shipped and all backorder merchandise will be shipped separately when received, shipping charges apply. Some items may take up to 4 weeks.

  3. Damaged shipments
    All damages must be noted on the driver log or bill of laden, note all damages. Please call or email the cabinet barn, we may ask for you to email us a photo of the damage so we can receive proper credit and send out new materials. You must keep all items until either you receive a return authorization or permission to dispose. If you do not note damage you will be required to pay for a new product and all shipping costs.

  4. Missing Items
    Note all missing items on the bill of laden or drivers log, if you don’t you will not receive a replacement at no charge. Contact the cabinet barn and let us know 1-877-458-6252 or email chuck@thecabinetbarn.com.

  5. Return Goods
    • All return goods must have an RA return authorization
    • Boxes must be clean and look new in it’s original box so we can resell it.
    • return freight will be paid by the customer
    • No return on sale items
    • A restocking charge will apply
    • 20% for 60 days
    • 40% for 120 days
    • We will not accept returns past 180 days
    • Please allow up to 4 weeks to process or issue a credit


  6. Shipping
    All cabinets will be shipped FedEx Ground or common carrier. Charges will be based upon zip code and weight. Trucking companies require Customer to unload at curbside. Customer must also be available day of delivery. Most carriers Will make two attempts before a charge is occurred for a third. If after the third attempt customer Must make arrangements for pickup at carriers terminal and pay all charges. Delivery for home or Jobsites only.

  7. Pricing
    We offer wholesale to all businesses.
